From February 13^th to February 27^th the ICAA partnered with a series of organizations in Hamilton, including MATAPA Music and Arts Organization, to support a two week multi-disciplinary festival which celebrated Black History Month in a variety of locations throughout Hamilton. The festival highlighted the talents of Black artists in Hamilton in areas of music, literature, spoken word, photography and more.
